Login names can be changed on the customer website and customer app.
Note: If the message Login name is invalid is received when attempting to change a login name, the new login name may already be in use.
To change a login name using the customer website:
- Log into the customer website.
- Click Settings.
- Click Login Information.
- Click Login Name.
- Enter the new login name in the Login Name field.
- In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
- Click Save.
To change a login name using the customer app:
- Log into the customer app.
- Tap

- Tap Login Information.
- Tap Login Name.
- Enter the new login name in the Login Name field.
- In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
- Tap Save.
